what is the best type of deed in Texas

Posted on: 10th Sep, 2010 01:38 pm
Both my father and mother have passed away and thier estates probated. My father passed away first and left his interest in thier property to my mom and my siblings. My mom left her interest in the property to us children so now 100 % interest in the property has been conveyed to us adult children. My mom left me executor of her will. All Declareship of Heirs & Order Admitting Will have been recorded with the County. What type of deed can I file in Texas to transfer title to the property to us children?
Hi sorodjohn,

Once you record the deed at the county recorder's office, the officer there would let you know what type of deed you will require in order to get the property transferred in your name.

Thanks
