Do I need a Lawyer to Prepare a Warranty Deed in Texas?

Posted on: 08th Jun, 2011 09:59 am
I have a timeshare in Texas. I have the original Warranty Deed. When I sell the Timeshare, can use the original Warranty Deed as a template? Then, mail the forms to the Office of Public Records? Do I need to hire a lawyer?
You should be able to contact your local title company and they can help you prepare and record the proper docs.

Hi vista!

Welcome to forums!

It will be better if you could contact a real estate attorney and get a warranty deed drafted from him. You can contact your county recorder's office and check out if they can help you in getting a warranty deed.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
