I am selling 1 and 5 acre homesites in the Kyle/Buda area just south of Austin Texas. Texas Property Code does not require 5+ acre tracts to be plated. The 1 acre tracts are deed restricted and subdivided according to local ordinances. Electric, water, fire EMS and Sheriff services are in place. What is the best financing for this tye of property?
If the land is subdivided into 1 acre tracts individually, then you will have to go for separate loans for each of the tracts. You will have to contact the local lenders and check out what type of loans you may get.
