A quitclaim was filed in TX for a property in MO. Is that valid
Hi TXDQ,
The quitclaim deed has to be filed in the county recorder's office where the property is located. Thus, if the property is located in MO and the deed is recorded in TX, then it will not be considered as valid.
Thanks
