a niece managed to get my sister to sign a qqd when she
was on her deth bed, and her right side and arm, of the side she writes with were paralyzed at the time. I think they managed to forge or trick the qqd somehow, im looking for any way possible to get these people, they were very mean to my sister when thay came to texas from wis, just to get this paper work signed, then this same niece stole my sisters original will here in texas over rideing anything else in wis. but the crook niece, i luckly managed to get the will back from her attorneym in wis. or i would have lost everything as my sister had desiginate me as sole heir and sole executor.

Hi exfuse,
If you can prove that your niece forced your sister to sign the deed and may have even forged her signatures, you can take legal actions against her. You should contact an attorney and take his opinion in this regard. He will be able to guide you in a better manner in this case.
