you will not be able to refinance the mortgage immediately. you need to wait for 8-10 months in order to refinance. unless you have equity in the property, lenders won't be ready to refinance it.

But property is on market, could pull it if you wish. Would like to take some cash out on a rental, great credit 765, no lates, over 17 r.e. loans outstanding. stated income with taxes o.k. any help??
