My daughter and I purchased a duplex in Tarrant County, Texas in both of our names. We have an existing loan in both of our names that we will be paying off and would like a deed in her name for her residence and a deed in my name for my residence. There is currently only one deed for both residences (since it is a duplex). How can we get a deed for each half of the duplex?
