For Texas realestate Tax Sales, what is the difference between (1) Re-Deed sale (2) Re-Sale and (3) Struck off?
Specifically do any (or all) of the above 3 types have a redemption period?

Hi stevestearns,
As far as I know, there's hardly any difference between Re-Deed sale and Re-Sale. As far as struck off is concerned, any tax deed which isn't purchased at the monthly tax deed sales is struck off from the list and it is available for purchase only through the county. Well, I do not have much idea about whether anyone of them has a redemption clause. It would be better if you could contact a Texas based real estate attorney and get his opinion in this issue.
Thanks
