HI I paid my home off about 2 years ago ( San Antonio,TX ) all I received was a letter of loan satisfaction but no deed or title, how do I sell my home without those?
Thank you
John
Hi waagejohn!

Welcome to forums!

You need to contact your lender and get the property title from him. Once you get the title, you would be able to sell off the property.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

If you bought your home with a traditional mortgage, a Trust Deed, upon paying off the mortgage, they should give you a "Deed of Reconveyance" which you should file in the local county office.
