your uncle can use a quitclaim deed in order to transfer the property in your name. once the deed is filled out, it needs to be notarized and recorded at the county recorder's office. though you are paying the mortgage, is the mortgage in your name? if the mortgage note is not in your name, then you will have to refinance the mortgage.
