My husband and I are in the process of purchasing our first home. My scores are great - but my husbands are not so good. The loan will be in my name only. He will be the non purchasing spouse.... I am worried that my income will not be enough to get the house we want. Is there any way that we can include my spouses income?

THanks!

You can check out if your lender can allow your spouse to be the cosigner for the loan where his income will be considered while granting you the mortgage. If your lender agrees to it, then the spouse's income will be considered for the mortgage.
