I want to print out a warranty deed, that is legal in Texas that I can fill in the blanks, as I do not know the buyers name at this time, is this possible. Thanks ellen
Hi ellen,
You can contact a real estate attorney based in Texas and he will be able to draft the warranty deed for you. However, the buyer's name as mentioned in that deed should be correct. You should contact the buyer and ask him/her to tell you the correct name.

Hi elen!
Nothing more to say,. A warranty deed with a vendor's lien can be recorded in the public records in all counties in Texas (as well as in most other states).
