i am using the quit claim deed form for a timeshare. it was notarized by the county. however, when i sent a copy to the timeshare company they rejected it because of the legal description. how do i know what to write for the legal description?
Hi Anna!
Welcome to the forums!
The timeshare quitclaim deed forms will vary from one state to another. You should always consult an attorney who deals with timeshare quitclaim deed and ask him to draft the legal description for you. You can then record the deed at the county recorder's office and then submit it to the timeshare company.
Feel free to ask if you have further queries.

Use the legal description from the deed which granted you the property.
