Quit Claim Time Share

Hi I have paid a 2000.00 fee to transfer time share to another company original company wont accept this I have sent a copy to them and to the register division at county of timeshare what is my recourse

A timeshare is a real property interest, so signing a quitclaim deed will relinquish any ownership rights you have in a property. Acceptance by the grantee is not required, just delivery.

I don't understand why you paid $2,000 to transfer the property to someone else. Usually, they pay you.

Keep in mind, that a quitclaim deed will not release you from any debts regarding the property, ie a mortgage.
