Hi,

Welcome to the forum.

If you have quitclaimed the property to anyone then you will have no rights on that property. If you want to know more about quitclaim deed then check out this article at http://www.mortgagefit.com/quitclaim-deed.html

Feel free to ask if you have any further questions.

Best of luck,
Larry

Hi,

Welcome to Mortgagefit discussion board.

Larry has rightly said that after signing the quitclaim deed you have no rights and your sister is the only owner of that property. She will have to bear all the property tax as she is the only owner.

Do let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks
Blue
