I have my property in a Trust (county recorded). I recently made chages to the Trust. Does my revised trust need to be recorded again with the county?
Did you use an attorney to make the changes?
Is it a living trust? When we had ours drawn up we were given a disc from the attorney and told we could make changes. He never mentioned re recording?
