More than 400 real estate brokers have been arrested for mortgage fraud which is one of the biggest reasons for America's housing crisis.
It is good that the frauds have been arrested. Hope to see the fraud free market and it needs the borrowers to be educated. Good to see here so many lenders and professionals who are striving to educate and help the borrowers.
We have enough on our plate without adding fraud to the menu, people are fighting to keep thier homes, and yet you still have those out there committing the fraud and adding to the headaches and stress of it all.
I hope that we can get something in law to protect consumers from this fraud and the sooner the better.

hello larry's,
If your house is foreclosed, don't leave. It's not your fault you lost your job its the banks and governments overspending. free quality housing, food, transportation, and loving communities for all regardless of "occupation" or we're done, even more than we already are. Not socialism, basic human rights. this way we can focus on what's really important and finally really contribute to all. "survival" a racket system created by banksters. There is enough for all and always has been.....
