if i am transfering property to a charity they require a warranty deed. Where do i go to get that?
you can find such documents online, but you may wish to retain legal counsel to smooth over any rough edges. i'm sure there are printing companies in your area that also sell legal forms.

It is always better to consult an attorney who deals with warranty deed and ask him to draft a warranty deed for you.
Feel free to ask if you have further queries.
