my lawyer is suppose to file my chapter 7 bankrutpcy on tues and i have not prepared my 2010 tax return can my creditors take my refund or should i wait to file after my court date?

I agree with you Adonis. It is better to wait for the suggestion of your lawyer as he/she knows well how to handle case like this.
