What FICO score will I need that lenders pull for a mortgage and where do I get them? I've pulled the Equifax Fico Score. What are the other two and where do I find them for a mortgage?
Hi Barrt,
Lenders will check the credit scores generated by Experian, TransUnion and Equifax. The lender will consider the middle score amongst these three and give you a loan on that basis.
Take care.

Hi Barrt!
Welcome to forums!
I agree with what Sara has said. You can go to annualcreditreport.com in order to get one time yearly free credit reports from them. Or else, you can contact all the three credit bureaus separately in order to get your credit report.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

Hello Bart,
Many lenders will be willing to work around your credit history and get you the home loan you need to make your property purchase. If one lender tells you no, speak to other lenders until you get the approval that you are looking for.

If you obtain your scores directly from the credit bureau's, you won't see the same scores I'll see when I pull your credit. That's because the bureau's provide "consumer" scores, not "FICO" scores. From my experience, consumers scores are 70-100 points higher. The only place you can access your FICO scores over the internet is "www.myfico.com". If both you and I obtain your FICO scores at the same time on the same day, we'll both see the same numbers.
I cannot improve on the accuracy of raymond's answer other than to say..... 600 - 640 scores will be needed. Very restrictive guidelines at 600.... normal guidelines at 640.
