I just sent for my grandfathers will and have a question. The circuit court has a stamp on the last page and says I hereby certify that the foregoing is a true photostatic copy Last Will and Testament deposited with this court on August 1st, 2001. and said Will has not been admitted to probate. This 10th day of October, 2007. What does it mean when it says the Will has not been admitted to probate?
Hi,
I think there might have been some problem in your will for which it is not admitted to probate. There might be something else which is required before it is allowed to probate.
You can check it out with the help of a lawyer

Hi Sjr,
The assets of your grandfather might have been titled in such a manner that they automatically pass on to the respective person at your grandfather's death and the same thing has been mentioned in the will. May be for this, the will is no more required to be probated.
