Adding a wife to the title

I bought a house. Title and Mortgage is on my name. I want to add my wife to the title without adding her to mortgage. What is the procedure, i dont want to disturb the mortgage.

Contact a title company and ask them to help you add her through a Quit Claim deed This is just title - be warned it technically can trigger the due on sale clause However I have never heard of it happening to anyone Brian Barnes Nationwide Lender Brian@Aimwithfocus.com
