Should there be $30,000 difference between appraisals done 18 months apart

Should there be $30,000 difference between appraisals done 18 months apart

Three appraisals. $260,000 Nov 2013, $240,000 Feb 2014 and now $230,000 July 2015. Why such a big change when the market has not changed in our area. Makes me think that there is something fishy going on. Makes me not trust appraisals at all

The market changes If you can show comparable sales of homes like yours that justify a higher appraisal  you can always appeal the value - for most of the country thats not a big change but given the timing it is suprising to see things go down - most areas are in an upswing now   Brian Barnes Nationwide Loans Brian@AimWithFocus.com
