need to borrow money against my land

I have an undeveloped farm that I own free and clear its 70 acres and I
need to borrow $20,000 against it right away before I lose everything
but I don't think that my credit score is very good because its been a
few years since I had anything in my name because I've been drawing
total disability for about 5 years now I have had the land apraised and
surveyed and its worth $2500 an acre. My question is, is can I
borrow this money
