AND THE HOUSE HE BOUGTH IS LOCATED IN PALM SPRINGS,HIS FIRT,S TIME BUYING A HOUSE,I LIVE IN THE PROPERTY,IVE PUT 20% DOWN OF MY MONEY ON THIS HOUSE ,,HOW CAN I GUARANTEE MY OWNER SHIP ON THIS PROPERTY,,,,HIS MORE THEN WILLING TO WORK WITH ME BUT WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE,,,,OR WHAT FORMS

Hi tomasorozco,
Your brother needs to sign a quitclaim deed and add your name to the property deed. Once he adds your name to the property deed, you will become one of the owners of the property and will have equal rights in the property like your brother.
