Bank refused payment
We are not behind on our mortgage. My husband went in to pay the mortgage and they refused to let him pay on the mortgage, they said he had to pay on his other account first, which means we are now going to be late. Can they do this?

Go through your loan agreement to find out about the repayment terms and conditions mentioned in the papers and act accordingly. Consult an attorney if needed be.

Is the other account associated with the home> are you behind on that payment? This seems strange - as said above the terms are in the paperwork you need to look through them and see what it says -
