Entered into a 4-month forbearance agreement with PNC Mtg. Made my regular

Entered into a 4-month forbearance agreement with PNC Mtg. Made my regular October and Nov payments. Had a delay on dec as was waiting to get paid. Notified PNC forclosed on 12/4/10 and posted my payments toward escrow. Now deed is with FNMA. Gotten know were wit FNMA or PNC and facing evicition any day. I have the money to make the payments and they said they would modify after forbearance. Is this a legal forclosure. Told to see an eviction lawyer on Monday. Only refi was 2004 so still have a little raw equity $25-$50 thousand but they took it. Any advise and is this a legal forclosure in WV, no notice of sale and a certified letter to someone else at a different address inside prior to sale. Was paying as agreed when they got the process going back in early October. Paid 10/2 & 11/4. Any advice?

Unfortunately, I don't have anything valuable to tell you out of my own experience.  However, I believe you'd do quite well to call the WV Attorney General's office to see if they can give you clarification on what's taking place.  I doubt they can assist you with the forbearance that was in place last fall, but they can give you the skinny on the foreclosure process.   Getting a local attorney to weed through the documentation and what's transpired would make a great deal of sense to me, as well. I'm afraid that's the best that I have on this at the moment.
