Hi Cliff, i have a question for you. I was recently in foreclosure with my mortgage company but they finally did a modification/ refinance on my home. I have been wanting to file bankruptcy but was told to wait until they were finished per a lawyer. Now that they have finished and i have all the paper work from them is it ok to go ahead and file on the other things on my credit report??
