I AM NOT ON THE NOTE BUT ON DEED OF HOUSE WE LIVED TOGETHER WHEN WE WERE MARRIED, WE GOT DIVORCED LAST YEAR. I MOVED AND BOUGHT ANOTHER HOUSE. NOW A YEAR LATER THEY ARE FORECLOSING ON THE HOUSE WE LIVED TOGETHER ON. IT WON'T EFFECT MY CREDIT, BUT WILL IT BE ON MY CREDIT REPORT?

Public record will appear on a credit record, and a foreclosure is a public record; so the answer to your question is "yes." It may have an impact on your credit score, but you're going to be able to demonstrate to lenders in the future that you had no monetary obligation under the note, which ought to help lenders overlook or at least give less credence to the action when you go shopping for credit again.
