I am looking at a listing for a property I am thinking of flipping. I noticed on the bottom of the list sheet that is makes note of a "Quit Claim with Covenant". What does that mean? I looked it up online but only got more confused and only came away with the sense that you should be very careful about it . Thank you.

Not something I am familiar with - I would call a local title company and ask - they are the ones that deal with title - as long as you get a clear title and it is insured you are safe - even if someone comes after the property - if you have a title policy it insures against this.     Brian Barnes Mortgages in 50 states Brian@AimWithFocus.com   Brian Barnes Mortgages in 50 states Brian@AimWithFocus.com
