I had a charge off on my credit report from First Franklin/Road Loans for my second mortgage. I pulled all 3 of my credut reports recently and it is no longer there. If I sale my house is the 2nd mortgage no longer due? Can it come back?

You probably still have a lien on your property for the amount due. Check with the county clerk records department to see if the lien has been released. Chances are you still have to pay the amount owed.
