I have a client who transferred her house into a revocable living trust several years ago. Should she take it out of the trust now if she might need Medicaid assistance in a nursing home or just leave it in the trust? Thanks

Hi Guest, I don't think that your client needs to remove the property from the revocable trust. In case the Medicaid authorities ask her to do so, then she can think of removing the property from the revocable trust. Thanks
