I read your post of FHA loans and I have a question for you...I have been trying to get aa fha loan and the local bank that writes the loan first says that we have to have 620 but the guild lines says that you can have poor credit...I am looking for help and a way to get this loan ASAP have had 4 houses sold that I thought that we might be able to get and we live in a small town less than 1500 ppl email me at sdmakings@rpt.coop
