I returned a commercial property in Nov 2004 to the lien holder. No papers have been filed with county. What papers need to be filed to remove myself as a stake holder in the property?

You can sign a quitclaim deed and transfer the property to the lien holder. After the deed is signed, make sure it gets recorded at the county recorder's office. This will make the transfer of property complete.
