Hi Guest! Welcome to forums! If you sign a ladybird deed and transfer the property to someone else, then as far as I know, you will lose your Homestead exemption and your Senior exemption. The new owner of the property will have to claim homestead exemptions in your state. Feel free to ask if you've further queries. Sussane
