My Wife and I have a JTROS with our 3 single daughters on a California prop

My Wife and I have a JTROS with our 3 single daughters on a California property
acquired in 1998. When we had it refinanced last May, only me, my wife and one daughter were required to file an application. During the Escrow, we signed a grant deed showing that the two other daughters gave up their shares, though they never intended to. I admit my ignorance of the law and I want to rebuild the joint tenancy. How may I override the grant deed? Thanks. angusty

The parties in title, would then need to excute a new Deed to all four parties as JTROS, they all have to to come into title at the same time and with the same interest. Time, Title and Interest.
