My husband passed away feb 2009 and our house title (which is payed off) is under his brothers name. I had a chapt 7 bankruptcy and discharge in 2009. Can I put the house title under my name without any problems as long as he signs it over?

Welcome Guest, You can ask your husband's brother to sign a warranty deed and transfer the property to you. This will make you the sole owner of the property. I don't think there will be any problems provided the brother signs the deed.
