Thank you so much, My research has revealed that the trustee can sale the civil lawsuit (i lost civil suit@75g awardee declared ch7) to awardee's debitors. My question is what happens to the lawsuit if trustee is not able to sale the lawsuit. Does it get go back to the awardee ? or does the lawsuit get dismissed?
