Hi Disney, If you want to keep your home, car and the camper even after filing Chapter 7 bankruptcy, then you will have to reaffirm these debts with your lender. Once you reaffirm the loan, you will become personally liable for the debt payments. If you keep on paying the debts after that, then you will be able to save the properties.
