What procedure to have my name put on the mortgage deed if my spouse is deceased

My mom and dad had a mortgage loan and both names are on the mortgage loan, but recently found out that her name is not on the deed. Is there a quick procedure to have her name added to the property deed?

You can refinance the mortgage in your name and have the mortgage deed transfered accordingly.

You need to continue to pay if there is a mortgage regardless I would ask your county recorder if there is a form that allows you to do a transfer after death for a spouse   if not you will have to go through the courts - was there a will or a trust? These will come into play if there was B
