i sold an 80 acre farm to my brother and he hasn't made a payment sence 1997 i sent him a letter of default and now he has passed away went to sell the property and found out there is many tax deed that are my brothers attached to teh property i never recieved anything how can this happen? Plus how can i have these removed?

Welcome Henry, You have mentioned that you have sold off the farm to your brother. Thus, your brother is owner of the property. Though he is deceased, I don't think you will be able to sell off the property. Moreover, if there is a tax lien on the property, then you or his heirs will have to pay off the tax lien in full in order to remove it from the property.
