Brought a piece of land

(West Virginia) I bought a piece of property from a woman that she was left in a will, but the property isn't in her name(this was left to her back in 2005) she is paying taxes on the property and that is in her name. How do I get a clear title?

Ask her to create a fresh Title Deed in your favor.
