can one heir get decendants real property under 150.000 if the other heirs dont want and wont sign any paperwork

i want to determine sucssion to real property under 150.000 here in california and my brother and 3 sisters dont want anything to do with the property nor will they sign anything.i want to keep the house to live in not sell.my mom was on medical before she passed but the house is paid in full and the taxes are paid to date.if they dont want nothing to do with the property and they also wont sign over to me what can i do. is there a way around it?

Move in and start paying the bills -  If they dont care whos to stop you - deal with the property later - eventually you will have to go through a probate - here in ca you can use a summary probate - in that process I believe you notify your heirs that you are petitioning the courts to have the home transferred into your name - if they dont show up to contest it then the courts award you the deed   Good Luck Brian Barnes Loan Officer Loans in all 50 states Brian@Aimwithfocus.com
