life estate with warranty deed

life estate with warranty deed

In 2005 my mother set up a live estate with myself on a warranty deed. Now my 3 siblings or trying to find anyway to change this. I have cared for my 90 yr old mother since 2003 and have poa health care since 2004, but now my sister shows up with a poa health dated 9-3-12 my mother has dementia/Alzheimer's since 2009. they have continually reported me to elder abuse for no reason. Now they have taken mom across state line where I have no jurisdiction and started using the 2012 poa to take over her health care and finical. they have put mom in a nursing home and have blocked me from seeing her. Everything they are doing is not in the best interest of my mother, it is a power play to get the property. I can't afford an attorney. Is there a way that they will be able to take my home that I have put a lot of money and repair into. I want my mother back in her home where I care for her. My 3 siblings have never done any care or even see her till this past 8/28/15 when the took her for her 90th birthday on the 29th I haven't seen or spoke to my mother since then. WHAT CAN I DO! I have filed for guardianship but so has a person from alternatives for the older adult who wants to then give it to my sister with poa health care , property and estate management. I was also in 2000 put in the will as executor of the estate. my father died in 2003 and the siblings said then that when mom dies I won't have anything but a striped shell of a house when their done. I have no other home and no family or friends. In my mothers family the youngest child (me) takes care of the aging parents and the home place goes to me for the care. But I did pay some on property when life estate was set up with deed in 2005 ANY COMMENTS OR HELP PLEASE
