my name is on a deed but I did not authorize it

my name is on a deed but I did not authorize it

In 2001 my sister and my mom and my grandmother were on the deed of the house of my grandmother. My grand mother died and just my mom and sister were on the deed. In 2007 my sister went to a lawyer and put my name and our 3 brothers and my other sister's names on her half of the deed. We never signed anything to give permission for her to do this. This is in Wisconsin. Now my mother is in a nursing home since she had a stroke 2 years ago. All of our names are on the deed and property tax bill. Now the house is being sold and they keep wanting my signature on paperwork. I was told that they would send me the paperwork for the sale and closing and that I can sign it before closing. I live in Minnesota and I have no income of my own, I am basically a dependent of my live in boyfriend. He just bought a house in Minnesota and had to sign papers at closing in front of a lawyer at the title company. I can't get back there for the closing and signing in front of the lawyer for the title company. I was told(by my sister, a brother the real estate agent and a lady from the title company) that in Wisconsin you can put anyone's name on a title or deed without their signature or approval. I just want my name off the title since I never signed anything to the effect that I wanted my name on the title. What can I do? the closing date on the house is in December 2015. Or is this fraud? The lawyer did all the paperwork, but is not answering calls. And I do not have the money to hire a lawyer to get my name off the title.

If you believe it to be fraud, then contact your state's attorney general and let them take appropriate action against the perpetrators.
