forclose on 2nd that was discharged by the bank in 2011

I live in Arizona. Filed chapter 7 bankruptcy in 2008... it was discharged in 3/2009. my 1st mortgage is current and I am in my 4th year of a HAMP permanent modification plan on my 1st mortgage only. My 2 nd mortgage of 34 thousand has not been paid since 12/2008 It is with Citimortgage. Since the 2008 bankruptcy they have not contacted me in any way...no monthly statements, calls...nothing. Recently 7/4/2015 they sent a Hamp application. I called them...they stated the debt was charged off 6/11/2011. I neveer recevied a 1099c ....a notice etc. My question is because Arizona is a anti deficiency state can they foreclose on the 2 nd mortgage.
after they discharged it?

Yes, your lenders can come after you for payments on the second mortgage. But there is a limit upto which they can claim and in some cases, the law prohibits them from getting a deficiency judgment against you.
