has anyone ever heard of payday loan comp called cashnetusa.com? i recently got a loan which wasnt due until today, and i went and had them deduct my payment out of my bank acct on the 31st of july, and i know the money was there to pay them because i was viewing it every night online.. but anyway they say i now own them 25.00 more then wat i had originally owed because the payment came back nsf.. they said the bank denied that i had an account, so the other night a cs rep told me that if they could do a conf call with me and the bank that they would drop the additional 25.00 charge, but the bank was closed by the time i got off work, it appears that they submitted to my bank the payment that was owed to them an ach debit from a checking acct, and this is why i am being charged the extra 25.00 because of a mistake on their own part, because when i signed up i had notated that i had a savings acct not a checking acct... and then this morning when i had called they denied that they even proposed a 3way call with me and the bank... they screwed up my bank info on purpose so that they could make an extra 25.00 from me, and when i tried to talk with them about it, they practically reached thru the phone yellin at me tryin to tell me what is what and how it was my mistake and not theirs.. if there is no complaints against them, then here is one... dont do business with them, they purposely mess up your bank acct info so that they can charge u an nsf fee and get more money outta you, and when u realize the mistake they've made with ur acct info, the website wont let u change it it says to email support to change info, and by then its 2late cuz they already charged you. what can i do about this, any suggestions? i got money in bank now and their supposed to deduct sometime today, wat if they purposely mess up and try to charge me again another fee? i cant afford pay back the loan on top of all these fees they keep chargin...got money to pay off now.. but if they charge another fee then i dont know wat ill be able to do.. any suggestions?
Yup Brian,
There's hasn't been any complaints so far i suppose but thanks to you for sharing this with us. It's gonna help the community here and all others who suffer at the hands of payday loan lenders. I mean to what extent can these lenders go - take out money from someone's account, yell at the borrower saying it's a chceking account when it's a savings account and then you're the one who'd be paying. But I guess there's no way out apart from paying. Who knows what they'll do if you don't pay today - it's the last payment date isn't it?

Hi Brian,
After reading the post, I could feel in what state of mind you are. But at present it would be better if you make the payment ASAP as they are going to deduct within a day only. And after payment, make them sign an agreement which you can keep with you as evidence. You have already traced their illegal activities. And if you don't make the payments now, you may also find yourself to be charged again with another fee.
You can approach your bank, have a talk with bank officials aware them against any such future transaction with this company. And you can also approach an attorney who deals with such fraud cases and can file a complaint against their illegal activities. I am sure that you will get a fair judgment as you have enough documents which could be presented as evidences.

Well it appears that early this morning they took what was owed to them, so i guess i don't have to worry about them taking more then what's owed.. but its still rude on their part to speak to customers the way they do... thats not proper business attitude, i mean if they want referrals they're definately approaching and barking up the wrong tree

I agree with you. Loan company should approach customers in a proper way instead of showing rude behavior. Business attitude is most important in the industry. It can result in spoiling company's reputation.

Hello Brian,
Welcome back to Forum.
Even I agree with you. No loan company should behave with their customers in a rude way. It's really unfair on their part to speak to you in such a rough manner. That is definitely not the right business attitude.

I've used them. Haven't had any problems. Haven't taken out any big cash advance loans because I guess all I'm approved for is $100. But like I said, I haven't had any problems. Although it would probably be a good idea not get involved with any type of payday advance program.
Hi Wildstorm,
It's really good that you have not faced any problem with them. Generally most people who gets involved in payday advance program, suffer a lot. I think you're really lucky.

Nope no problems. The first time I borrowed from them, it was $100.00. The fee was $15.00 I believe. I selected the 2 week pay option where I would have to pay back the loan 2 weeks from the day I recieved the loan. When the 2 weeks is up, make sure the funds is in your bank account because they will deduct it either at midnight or after midnight. They will not make anymore deductions from your bank account like all these other payday loan sites. They'll even send you a promo email with a code so you get a percentage off the fee for your next payday loan.
I found one complaint for CashnetUSA in conjunction with Omega on the ripoffreport.com and this one is recent but reading it seems like this person isn't very intteligent or not responsible enough.

i took a loan from the company and wanted to get current on my car loan payments. they took 200 from my account every two weeks and now that 4 months are over, they want me to refinance. and now they speak of taking out $80 as they say that would pay my loan in full. i don't know what's happening. i've filed a complaint with the bbb but as of now there's no way but to pay for it. i'm going to lose a lot of money and never again am i to deal with them.
Hi Carter,
It's good that you have already filed a compliant to the BBB against this company. And in future, you should not make any dealings with them.

thics company took money from me... need help!
I have been doing business with Cash Net USA for about a year now and I have never had any really problem with them. There was one time they over charged me and I did not even know that they had, but the caught their mistake themselves and refunded my money.
If you will just call them and talk to them in a civil manner they will try to work with you. They are a good company and there are not that many good companies left.
