has anyone ever heard of payday loan comp called cashnetusa.com? i recently got a loan which wasnt due until today, and i went and had them deduct my payment out of my bank acct on the 31st of july, and i know the money was there to pay them because i was viewing it every night online.. but anyway they say i now own them 25.00 more then wat i had originally owed because the payment came back nsf.. they said the bank denied that i had an account, so the other night a cs rep told me that if they could do a conf call with me and the bank that they would drop the additional 25.00 charge, but the bank was closed by the time i got off work, it appears that they submitted to my bank the payment that was owed to them an ach debit from a checking acct, and this is why i am being charged the extra 25.00 because of a mistake on their own part, because when i signed up i had notated that i had a savings acct not a checking acct... and then this morning when i had called they denied that they even proposed a 3way call with me and the bank... they screwed up my bank info on purpose so that they could make an extra 25.00 from me, and when i tried to talk with them about it, they practically reached thru the phone yellin at me tryin to tell me what is what and how it was my mistake and not theirs.. if there is no complaints against them, then here is one... dont do business with them, they purposely mess up your bank acct info so that they can charge u an nsf fee and get more money outta you, and when u realize the mistake they've made with ur acct info, the website wont let u change it it says to email support to change info, and by then its 2late cuz they already charged you. what can i do about this, any suggestions? i got money in bank now and their supposed to deduct sometime today, wat if they purposely mess up and try to charge me again another fee? i cant afford pay back the loan on top of all these fees they keep chargin...got money to pay off now.. but if they charge another fee then i dont know wat ill be able to do.. any suggestions?

I took a loan out with them and paid them back, then I check the website to make sure everything is paid off & there are 2 new loans for a lot of money that I NEVER signed off on. I am getting harassing phone calls. My checkings acct. have been close..How did they deposit these loans...???they are scam artist and I will never recommend any one to use them! It's a nightmare knowing that they have all my info. Do NOT use Cashnetusa!!!
i just recently got a loan and didn't notice all the scam links; complaints below it.......
i went through several websites and now i'm worried about getting screwed, i'm supposed to get my loan today and i can't wait to see what happen's on the due date ....... hopefully i get my money and they get exactly what we agreed on.

worried guy, i hope you can repay your loan on your scheduled date, because that's when all the nonsense begins. you would be well-advised to pay this off as fast as you can and never to take another one.
Yea that's the plan i called and changed it to a day later just in case they decide to do it early, and also is there any positive loans out there? if so what are some options? one that give's a good credit for making payment's on time....so on. i don't have a great credit and i'm still working on it so i don't have credit card's... this is a bit of topic but is it recommended to just pay off all the stuff on you'r credit? or does the 7 year wait really work? if so what steps must b taken.
Thanks 4 the advice George!

i'm not sure what a "positive" loan is, but maybe you can educate me on that. other options for what - to improve, build on your credit, i presume?
you can obtain a secured credit card - put $400 or $500 in a bank or credit union and request that they issue a card while tying up your balance as security. if you can wangle a personal loan from a legitimate creditor (as opposed to payday people), that would help...and it doesn't have to be big.
what's this 7 year wait you're talking about? oh...i know...the 7 years derogatory information stays on the credit report...ok, well if you don't need any credit at all in the next 7 years, i guess you could try that. but don't think that at the end of 7 years you'll suddenly become creditworthy. at that time you'll have no credit at all, presumably, and you'll have to begin to build a track record at that point...call it an 8 year wait.

Well perhaps i should just pay up, after all i did get myself in the bad situation to start with. I'm looking forward to getting a house so i am going to try extra hard to get my credit cleaned up. I will look into the secured credit card deal.
Need to sign my Payday Loan
Your question is not clear to me, Zilphia. Can you explain your query in details?
zilphia, if you haven't signed your payday loan documents, you might want to consider not doing so in order to not get hooked on that type of loan. payday loans, in my opinion, are disasters waiting to happen.
any one who has been ripped off by this company needs to contact the district attorney in chicago illinois at 3128143580 there are over 48 charges pending against them for fraud harassment and theft by deception from my understanding and this is criminally liable activity they are taking part in don't be fooled they are not able to arrest you and there are laws in place to prevent them from harassing you in your state. File complaints also with the federal trade commission and the BBB nation wide it is the only way to stop them.
Rayelle, I hope lots of people read your post and respond accordingly.
i have not had a bad experience with cashnet; i have used them twice for amounts i knew i could pay off -they always reminded me at least 5 days before they took out the loan-i made sure the money was there-i even checked for "additional fees" but i have not been charged for anything other than the interest they charge-but i am leary of online payday advances-too many complaints about cashnet and scams involving cashnet-borrower beware!
Certainly there are others who have had similar experiences to what Maroli has alluded. These companies couldn't stay open if they didn't have satisfied customers; not every situation is favorable, and not every situation is unfavorable.
It's nice to finally see somebody who doesn't have anything really negative to say.
I still don't buy the excuses that these companies give for the exorbitant interest rates and collections tactics.
