choice loan consultinng
Hi trcdesantis,

I haven't dealt with them personally but as far as I know, they are a loan modification company. They can help you in negotiating with the lender and getting a loan modification.

Are you dealing with the company? You can share your experience about the company with the community which will help others to know about them.

I am working for Choice LC and they are a great company with the highest ethics, and a burning desire to help their clients.

I have nothing but praise for CLC. They bend over backwards to train consultants and provide real results for clients. They pre-qualify clients and offer a money back guarantee. CLC is one of the few legitimate loan modification companies in the world. You can view my blog for more info on CLC and loan mod in general "www.clcmodification.com"

Choice Loan Consulting is the biggest joke and scam I have ever seen. From my "boss" taking my clients and my pay to having to pull teeth to get updates on my clients modification. I still to this day have not seen one penny of my money that I earned. Must be nice to be the company... they got their money. I fear for my clients. Might I also add I am contacting the attorney general and the BBB and filing formal complaints and soon will be civil action against the company if I do not get results!!!

If you don't need the $3500 these people want for nothing than by all means give it to them. My sister was in a terrible mess due to a mortgage she couldn't afford, and all they did was take her money. They did nothing to help her. This has been going on since Feb. when she wrote the check. My advice is to run, run, run as fast as you can from 1st Choice Consulting!!!!!!!!!!

I work for a bank in the modification department and have dealt with this third party a few times. Each time the "consultant" has been ignorant and a flat out jerk. Ask the banks what they can do for you .. not somebody peddling miracles off the street for your hard earned cash. banks don't charge for a modification as these dorks do.

Choice National aka Choice Loan Consulting is a SCAM!!!!! They do not deliver on thier pormises and keep customers in the dark. It has been more than 9 months that I have waited for them to complete my loan modification and initially they would say, we're real close and then say it would take another 3 months. And as far as their money back guarantee that is a flat out lie. This company has no ethics!!!!

I only know that lenders want to be percieved as being so "thoughtful & concerned" and that it is easy to contact them directly for a loan modification. BULL !!!! They don't want anyone helping a homeowner through this process, just like those that say you can represent yourself in a legal matter. Yes, some can suceed in working with their lender for a loan mod on their own. But if you actually believe your lender has your best interest at heart and really want to work with you to modify your loan, you need to wake up! No I don't work with Choice!!!!!

A family member of mine was convince to give $3,500 to this company nearly a year ago - once they got the credit card number they charged her and promised to help. I found out about this a couple of months ago after Choice failed to deliver any relief or modification. I have requested refunds for months now - file complaints with authorities - contacted media - still nothing. Contact your lender yourself so you don't experience what we have - nothing in return for your money.
