Hello, have anyone here dealt with loan point usa??
If the Congressman can be of assistance, that'll be wonderful of course, but a lawyer is also a beneficial person with whom to speak, certainly.
I haven't had a chance to deal with them yet. Why are you asking about loan point USA? I would like to know what are your problems with them.
Does anyone know where loinpointusa is located?

well this company, one morning sent someone to my husbands work to serve him with some papers for court. we didnt know what it was about but they left a name and number to where this lady, I guess she was an attorney hired for this company to recover unpaid loans.. well as far as we know we never pulled out an online loan and never had a bank account with the last four digits she had told him over the phone. Now we are having to deal with a fraud situation here, but still having to go to court for this loan in the amount of $950.00! what is so puzzling is that they will not give us the whole account number in which this loan was deposited into. We talked to the people at the bnk and they said in order to further the investigation they would need the whole account number but this "lady" will not give us that information. This is a message for all the people that do all their billpay and everything else online... IT HAPPENS!!
I got a loan from them in june2011 and they have been taking payments out of my checking account for120.00 very two week i thought this was for the loan and all they were doing was charging me interest and not putting nothing on my loan . i went to my bank and closed my line of account with them and call them and told them they will not receive a dime more contacted BBB and my own Attorney . they took out over720.00 from my account.
Are they illegal ine the usa? Now,they tell me that they are no longer doing paydayloans in the state of NJ?
Hi Nikki,
Payday loan laws vary from state to state. May be, in NJ, they have been declared as illegal. So, they have stopped the lending of payday loans in NJ.
Thanks
